Our services
- Support Playcentre Associations to establish the SPACE programme at a local level

- Monitor the quality of delivery once the SPACE Programme is implemented

- Investigate and develop specialised SPACE programmes to meet diverse needs within Playcentre and other community groups

The SPACE programme has been developed by the Hutt Playcentre Association. The Hutt is making the programme available to all Playcentre Associations who would like to run SPACE in their region.
The Hutt Playcentre Association has a contract with the Ministry of Social Development/SKIP to:
Strengthen the development of the Supporting Parents Alongside Children's Education (SPACE) programme, support the implementation of the SPACE programme within Playcentre Associations nationally, and increase community awareness of the SPACE programme.
